1. Who we are

Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, [Paddle.com Market Ltd / Lemon Squeezy LLC] ("Reseller"), which handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and payment-related customer service. When you buy, your purchase contract is with the Reseller, under its buyer terms [link], and these terms apply alongside them. 2. Products
We sell digital content: downloadable spreadsheet templates (.xlsx). Nothing is shipped. Each product page describes the main features and the compatible software. Prices are shown in USD. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout based on your location.
3. Ordering and delivery
After successful payment you receive a download link by email and on the confirmation page, usually immediately. If you have not received it within 24 hours, contact us.
4. License
On full payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for your own personal or single-business use, including making copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish or distribute the file or modified versions of it, in whole or in part. All intellectual property rights remain with us.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers)
Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium is normally covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal. Delivery starts immediately after purchase, so we ask for your express consent at checkout. By ticking the box you agree that delivery begins at once and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. 6. Conformity and complaints
The digital content must match its description and work as described. If it does not, you have statutory rights, including repair or replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. Contact us through our contact form. We reply to complaints within 14 days.
7. No professional advice
Our spreadsheets are planning tools. Results depend on the data you enter. They are not financial, tax, legal or safety advice. Marketplace fees, tax rates and mileage rates change: always check the official sources. Soap-making tools are for costing only and do not replace a dedicated lye calculator or safety procedures.
8. Liability
